• Access to your accommodation: 60% of the apartments have a separate exterior entrance reserved for the guest. You are the only one to handle the entrance handle of your apartment for these accommodations. For the other accommodations, the front door gives access to 3 different accommodations.
• Access to the laundromat: access to the laundromat is possible for tenants of your building (maximum 4).
• 72 hours minimum between 2 guests, with disinfection,
• Low turnover : preferred long rental periods during this pandemic period. Current average observed greater than 1 month.

The apparthotel is located in the nice town of Palaiseau, which is very close to the business centers located in Palaiseau, Massy, CEA Saclay, and Orsay.

Studi-Hotel Palaiseau is at 70 meters of the national forest of Palaiseau.

Palaiseau is 4 minutes Massy TVG (using subway line B, called RER B) or ‘Massy Palaiseau’ station, 4 mn Orsay (RER B), 10 mn Atomic Energy Commission (CEA Saclay). It is also 10 mn Les Ulis, 9 mn subway Antony (RER B line), 15 mn Velizy, Paris, Orly or Versailles.
Subway station of ‘Palaiseau Villebon’ RER B, which leads you to Paris in 19 mn, is at 950 meters from your Massy Palaiseau apartment.

The closer station of dedicated public transport corridor is at 650 meteres for your accomodation. Bus lines 91-06 and 91-10 Albatrans leads you from this station to Massy TGV or to Massy Palaiseau RER station, where is Massy business center. Bus line 91-06 Albatrans also leads you without any change to Atomic Energy Commission (CEA Saclay).
